These Terms and Conditions define the rules and manner of performing quiz and personal and statistical data that we collect and process with regards to it.
We are MR sp. z o.o. We are also referred to in these Terms as "MR", "us", "our", and "ours".
We are developing our service (the “Service”) which will be made available at the moodrad.com domain and which will aim at promoting personalized fashion trends and design. For valuing you as our potential customer, we will, through this quiz, ask you to reply to various questions about your shopping preferences and experience with fashion. We will also ask you to provide us with your name and email address.
You are asked to reply to those questions in good faith, truthfully and diligently.
Before launching the Service website, we will invite you through a provided e-mail to test and navigate through the website before its official launch and being made available to public access.
Minimum technical requirements for participating in quiz:
- • Device with Internet access;
- • Access to an e-mail;
We collect personal data and other information given to us by you voluntarily. Furthermore, we may save the related information such as IPs, for technical purposes, administration of severs and for gathering general statistical and demographical information (e.g. about the region from which a connection is made), and also for security reasons.
You may send us your complaints by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org regarding matters such as performance of the quiz, your privacy and processing of personal data. Moreover, you have the following possibilities to use out-of-court ways of settling complaints and pursuing claims:
- • To apply to the voivodeship inspector of the Trade Inspection to commence mediation proceedings for amicable settlement of the dispute between the User and Service Provider;
- • To file a complaint via the EU web platform ODR, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
These Terms and Conditions are available in English language. Unless binding law provides otherwise, any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled according to the Polish law.
In the event that binding law of the country of User's ordinary residence provide more beneficial terms for the consumer than those of the Polish law and provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the country of User's ordinary residence shall be applicable. Unless binding law provides otherwise, the settlement of any disputes arising between the Service Provider and the User shall be referred to the courts of Poland.
These terms may be amended by us from time to time by updating, revising, supplementing, and modifying it. Such updates, revisions, supplements, and modifications will be effective immediately upon publishing. We will inform you about those amendments by e-mail. In addition, we may also place a note about the amendment on our website.
